Got Promoted

A friend of me came in my house last night and he asked me to go out. He said that he will treat me because there is something good happened to him. He got promoted in the company he is working with. He got promoted in a position that do the tasks that he really loves doing. He loves knowing people deeply and that is what he must do on his new position in his work because he is hired as the new hiring manager.

He was the one who gives the examinations for the applicants before he got promoted. That was his work in the human resources department of the company. Now he should know that applicants deeper than knowing their intelectual quotients. He also looks for the public records of the new applicants aside from knowing them thru the series of interviews that he conducts. And the best thing that he loves in that promotion is that he now got higher salary.
