As an office personnel, I really have to take good care of the important files of the company. I also handle some confidential documents. One day when my boss asked me to get him a copy of some documents, I had a problem finding it because I can’t find those documents o my desktop computer until I remember that I also save those files on memory sticks so this incident gave me a lesson that back-ups are very important.
