Not Meeting the Target

Every month, the management of the company I am working with is setting a target sales and badly this previous months, we were not able to meet the targets. As the first move of the management to increase our sales per month, they are requiring us to undergo a sales training so that we can work as a team to increase our sales and hit the targets.
