Weight loss is attained by a good weight loss exercise program. Exercise requires energy which is ultimately taken from the body. However, without a strict diet, the person just increases food intake to match energy consumption. Dietary fiber and appetite suppressants in the diet, which is reduced in quantity, help decrease the absorption of food. Metabolic enhancers, like fat burners, help reduce fat into simpler nutrients. The energy needed by exercise is taken from these since diet has reduced food intake. Thus, a healthy but rapid weight loss is attained.
