She is Resigning

I understand why this office mate of mine needs to resign on her work. She already have three kids and they need the guidance of their mother at home. She will the one who will accompany her children to school while her husband is the one who is working. We are all sad in the office when she submitted her resignation letter. I know that they will still encounter some problems like financial problems since she expect no salary anymore after resigning so I just told her to search for a home business idea so that she can still help her family financially.
