Walking the Best Fat Burning Exercise

The best fat burning exercise for me is a long walk. Considered an aerobic exercise, it has less impact that jogging and spares your feet from unusual wear and tear. The pace I take is comparable to a military march of about two steps per second. I prefer walks of 5 to 10 kilometers, or 3 to 6 miles, although a walk of at least 10 minutes already helps.
